Suggested Use 

How to apply: This oil can be applied directly to the concerned area, or for general soreness to bottom of feet. Place 2-3 drops in your palm. Rub hands on bottom of feet. 

Or it may be inhaled. Place 2-3 drops in your palm. Rub both hands together. Hold palms a few inches from your nose. Open your mouth and inhale. OK to also inhale with mouth closed.

This oils is not intended to be swallowed. If sensitive, dilute with a carrier oil such as coconut or jojoba. 

Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before use. Avoid using on infants or very young children. Essential oils, by their concentrated nature, may sometimes cause sensitivity if used in their undiluted form.

Contraindications for medical/health conditions:
Birch: Contraindicated for Acetaminophen (oral), Anticoagulant (all routes), ADD/ADHD (topical, oral), Childbirth (all routes one week before and after), Epilepsy (limit 5-6 drops/day orally), Major Surgery (all routes one week before and after), Peptic Ulcer (all routes), Hemophilia (all routes). 

Lemongrass: Medication incompatibility: Antidepressants/CYP2B6 substrates (all routes) and Diabetes medication (orally)
